Raylan’s young friend is someone we’ve met before. He or she brings the Amy Smart character into Raylan’s life.

“Chicago Fire” is doing shockingly well despite losing “The Voice” as a lead-in.
“New Girl,” which launched with a 4.8 in 2011 and began this season with a 2.9, hit a new personal low last Tuesday:
