A new trailer has been released for the upcoming thriller GRAND PIANO. This film received rave reviews at Fantastic Fest this fall, and I can't wait to have the opportunity to check it out for myself.
The story follows a celebrated pianist (Elijah Wood) who returns to the stage after a hiatus induced by an intense bout of stage fright. During the concert, he finds himself under the thumb of a mysterious sniper (John Cusack), who informs him that if one wrong note is played, he will die onstage.
It looks like a really tightly-paced piece of suspense, and I can't wait to see how director Eugenio Mira pulls it all together.
GRAND PIANO opens on March 7th.
