Disney has released a new trailer for their upcoming animated feature FROZEN.
The story centers on Anna (Kirsten Bell), a princess who, along with a mountain man (Jonathan Groff) and a talking snowman (Josh Gad) must venture to parts unknown to find her sister, the Snow Queen, who is the only person who can break the wintery spell that has overtaken the land of Arendelle (and the one responsible for casting it in the first place).
Honestly, I found the first trailer to be kind of underwhelming. It looked like an animated feature that your kids might enjoy, certainly, but there didn't seem to be anything particularly special about it. Nothing that made it stand out.
This new trailer offers more to look forward to. It delves deeper into the story and establishes the "villian" as not so much a villian after all, but a misunderstood and alienated person. Plus, it features a peek at one of the musical numbers that will highlight the film. This look is definitely painting FROZEN as more of the Disney classics that I grew up watching.
