Harry's Away, Here's ALL the Poop of the Day.

El Cosmico here, since Harry's chilling on the Czech tip, and he's got a fat stack of junk building up in the mail, I thought I would inhale it, and then expel by all means such things as have yet not been blurbed.

Kindly forgive oversights and other such stupidity on my behalf. I don't usually pay much attention to film rumors, so me posting this stuff is a little...odd. But then, hopefully Harry's drunk and cavorting with whores right now, so somebody's got to do it.

Okay, here's we go. Has this been covered? I don't know. Well, in case it hasn't...

Word is Liam Aiken is gonna play Harry Potter. The dude worked on Stepmom, which I haven't seen, in fact, I have no idea who this kid is, and I've never read any Harry Potter. Supposedly the kid is half-Brit, on his mom's side, and has dark hair and green eyes, and he's the right age. Well, okay. Good luck to you Liam.

Hmm...did I mention that I loved X-Men and that you need to see it?

Next up, word is that Disney is going to be re-releasing The Nightmare Before Christmas some time in early October, to support the release of the Special Edition Nightmare Before Christmas DVD, which is due out October 3rd. Well, that's nice. Such a pleasant film.

Special thanks go out to our pals at MTC distributors for spamming us, and offering to send "Live Marine Fish & Inverts" (what the hell is an invert?) to our customers. "How easy is it to ship Live fish and corals?" (Oh, THAT's what an invert is.) "It's easy, we ship 1,000s of the little critters all over the US every week!" Well, thanks for the offer guys, but we already have an exclusive deal with the makers of Lil' Lisa Slurry.

Next up, check out this fun link for the X-Men car. Just a Firehawk with some paint on it, but hey, it's a distraction.

Next, our pal OZWALD says words in the following order:

Harry,

ozwald here. Variety reported today that Cameron Crowe's new movie has a title now, "Almost Famous". I saw this movie a while back with segue zagnut, john robie, and gregor samsa. We all loved the movie and one thing that we loved was the title, untitled. It was the perfect fit for the movie. Although I didn't expect him to keep the title i don't feel that Almost Famous works. It sounds like some romantic comedy with julia roberts or something. I love this movie and it hurts to see if misrepresented by this title, but i'm sure that the strength of the art will overcome anything put in its way (except if dreamworks hired WB to do the advertising). Anyways, thanks for promoting film love around the world.

ozwald

Oh, the pain! To go from a fun, happy title to a hopelessly bland one. What better way to have your film lost in the crowd? This earns you guys a "NICE ONE." Now then, some dude announcing himself as a first time contributor, wishes to say that he has a friend at Sony who has known Sam for a long time and says that Tobey Maguire is locked in for Peter Parker...and that an announcement is planned for the end of the month. Hmm. Well, I like Tobey. Seems like a nice guy. He's got kind of a Peter Parker feel to him. Maybe true, maybe no. Fun to think about, though.

Okay, that's all the stuff I can post without getting into dangerous stuff that should be run by Harry first. Sorry kids, I know you want more, but I need to go buy some groceries.

By the way, wanna see something EVIL? I mean, truly EVIL? My pal Logan sent me this... Click on over to this story on Slashdot and see how the government is trying to destroy your life. Right now. Have a cheery day,
