Attendees of this year’s Comic-Con got the first look at the new Godzilla from Gareth Edwards’ upcoming film. A small look at his face leaked online a short time later; along with a poster showing his tail and that is pretty much all we have seen of the giant kaiju. Well last night an image leaked online (from a licensing convention in Brazil) that gave us a much better look at his face. For legal reasons we can only link to it, but go check it out here.
It looks like a faithful update and it really gives me hope that Edwards’ film will be a loyal reboot. I hope that we get a trailer or a better look at the giant radioactive monster soon. My expectations for GODZILLA are climbing and I can’t wait to see some actual footage.
