A dose of magic and charm for you today. Twitch has premiered the trailer for Jean-Pierre Jeunet's new film - a 3D adaptation of Reif Larsen's The Selected Works Of T.S. Spivet.
The story is about a young inventor (Kyle Catlett) who boards a freight train bound for Washington, D.C. and leaves his Montana ranch home behind when he receives word that his latest invention has been given an award by the Smithsonian Institute.
Remember how you felt the first time you watched Amélie? The trailer looks like this film could be taking you back to that place - beautiful visuals, fascinating characters, a little magic and a ton of heart.
THE YOUNG AND PRODIGIOUS SPIVET will be released in France on October 16th. No U.S. release date has been announced, but it will likely be sometime early next year.
