The U.K. trailer has been released for THE COUNSELOR, and I am getting more and more excited for it. The film, directed by Ridley Scott, from a script by Cormac McCarthy, tells the story of an attorney (Michael Fassbender) who finds himself in over his head after he gets involved with the drug trade.
While the first trailer was intriguing, it was also pretty vague. This new trailer pulls back the curtain a bit more to give you a clearer look at the plot of the film and a more definied look at some of the characters - particularly when it comes to the roles that Penelope Cruz and Cameron Diaz will play in the story.
THE COUNSELOR co-stars Javier Bardem, Brad Pitt, John Leguizamo, Dean Norris, Rosie Perez, Goran Visnjic and Natalie Dormer. It opens on October 25th.
