Hey folks, Harry here... Just caught the trailer for ICEBERG SLIM: PORTRAIT OF A PIMP. And now I know I have to see it. Growing up in the Seventies and going to Drive In movie theaters aided in my exposure to the Blaxploitation film genre, but as documentaries on the era come out and you see that the films weren't really nearly as outrageous and out there as the reality of the era... well, it's just hard to imagine that this world was crazier than a comic book. There's also a strange hero worship that seems to be coming through in this trailer - This needs to be a double feature followed by THE MACK. Stat!
