Where can you send those agent-less scripts' Those dreams of Hollywood and Movie Stars' DISTURBED KNOWS!

I have already recieved several scripts by email, and I need to ask this. Either: (preferrably) include all contact information in the file, including email address, or, failing that, have your email address in the filename. It'd make it a lot easier to keep track of who each script belongs to. Apologies for not mentioning this to begin with.

DISTURBED

Folks, from time to time, I genuinely come across some one that belongs in a padded cell with a morphine drip... When I met DISTURBED in AICN's LIVE CHAT, I knew instantly he was made for a nine foot cubed upholstered white room with the finest in Houdini wear.... but then the words began pouring out of that disturbed mouth of Disturbed's... "Please... hehehehe.... Please.... heheheheeh, I will read... I will read... I will I will I will!" Realizing that this was probably the only chance AICN would have to do this, I decided to let the loon have his wish... and look... he seemingly sounds sane below. Now... here's the deal... DISTURBED is going to take a gander at ALL THE SCRIPTS YOU CAN SEND HIS WAY! Include your email address, contact info, etc... so he can write about ya and get people in touch with you when he writes about ya. Here's the madman...

Hey all. Many of you probably know me from the chat room, already (look for the snide post by that little girl "flmlvr" in the talkback below). To those of you who don't - call me Disturbed. As you know, The Mouth's new column is attempting to help out the many AICNers who have shot indie films and are looking for distribution. As I'm sure Harry has detailed to you above, my new column will perform a similar service for those who have written screenplays. Each month I will be going through the scripts I have recieved, and pick out the cream of the crop. The ones that stand out. Those that I think would make a movie I'd want to see. I will give these scripts, probably only 3-5 a month, a write up. While there are, of course, no guarantees, hopefully this will lead to something both beneficial to the screenwriter, and to the rest of us film buffs. I am as much a film geek as any of you. I prefer RUSHMORE to YOU'VE GOT MAIL. I prefer THE SHINING to THE HAUNTING. I prefer THE IRON GIANT to ...well...just about any Disney movie.

My script choices will reflect this.

I will have many scripts to read, I'm sure. Therefore -and I can't stress this enough- get your formatting down. If the formatting reflects that you're an amateur, it's unlikely I'll give the script a read, as the assumption will be that the script itself isn't any better. Sorry to be a hardcase about such silly rules as formatting, but you've got to weed things out somehow. Don't worry, though, I won't be too picky about minutiae.

I expect to get many more email submissions than hard copies...but understand...the chances are more likely that your script will be read all the way through if I recieve a hard copy. If an email submission does not catch my interest in those all important first ten pages, I doubt I'll read it...there will be too many. Hard copies can be transported. They are easier on my eyes. I know getting them in the mail is a bit more inconvenient, but if The Mouth is recieving stacks of tapes, I'm sure you guys can get these scripts to me. Once again: I'd rather get a hard copy than an email one. I debated not even allowing email submissions. Keep this in mind.

Oh, and don't send a hard copy, AND an email...

All right, I've gone on long enough. Get those scripts rolling in.

Until next time, kids, remember - two brads, not three.

-Disturbed
