Word on the street from Blondie says I AM LEGEND is getting back on track. Ridley's got 40 pages handed in and loves it. Looks like Arnold will be battling vampires in the future rather than commanding a SWAT team in Los Angeles. Both scripts were tremendous. I say 'were' only because there have been drafts since I read, which could mean the projects now suck. Do note that a new draft doesn't necessarily mean forward progression. Warners brass is very confident that I AM LEGEND is going to happen this time. Tri-Star brass is feeling like the girl who didn't get asked to the prom. However, this does seem to say that Arnold is going to be busy, so perhaps that Cameron-Ford rumor was true. I have heard that Z100 in New York said Arnold was out and Harrison was in (on Planet of the Apes), but that doesn't mean that it's true. They might of quoted AICN for all I know...
