To add to the mix of 'the sky is falling' genre this summer we have the following about a 'spoof' flick inspired by... Armageddon and Deep Impact... So read on...
MPS Entertainment is following up their 1997 small hit, PEAK OF FIRE (which satired the volcano movies) with BALL OF FIRE, a spoof on the asteroid movies of this year. IT's being written and produced by Heath (NORMAN'S FURY and JIMMY CLIFFE AND THE HOLLYWOOD WANNABES) McKnight and is being directed by Lisa (A DAY IN THE LIFE OF BUGS) Sinn. Visit the official web site at www.webs.net/mps (yeah, it's me shamelessly plugging it, but who wouldn't want to see a short film that spoofs Hollywood's penchant for twin disastor movies)?
