Deadline Hollywood has an exclusive that’s super-light on specifics regarding a (presumably live-action) ABC that would be set in the universe of Joss Whedon’s “Avengers” (and therefore the universe of Hulk, Thor, Iron Man and Captain America movies).
Of course ABC has long had in development a new Hulk series, but that one wouldn’t necessarily be set in the Marvel movie universe.
The report indicates that no characters featured in the Whedon movie would necessarily appear in the series.
(Curiously, this kinda sounds like the Marvel Universe-set “AKA Jessica Jones” project that ABC supposedly abandoned.)

I hear the project is in a nascent stage, described as “a kernel of an idea,” with a number of scenarios being explored, including a high-concept cop show.
