This looks like a treat for those that may hit up the Marvel Studios set-up at this year's Comic-Con, but jumping the gun, the official Facebook fan page for IRON MAN has released this concept art from Ryan Meinerding from the next sequel, which shows a little bit of suit and a lot of Tony Stark.

There'll definitely be some presence for IRON MAN 3 this year with Disney holding a panel, so perhaps we'll get a better sense of how the Extremis story arc elements will be working their way into Shane Black's sequel.
