Hey folks, Harry here with an interesting rumor about the wacky world of Wachowski's. Yup, before MATRIX they had a lot of scripts that were not headed very many places... but now that those scripts can be hyped in trailers as "FROM THE CREATORS OF THE MATRIX" ...well, you know how it goes. Now the good news is... these scripts don't necessarily suck. In fact, I love their PLASTIC MAN script... it rocked pretty hard and would love love LOVE to see Dreamworks make it happen. We'll have to wait and see... but this one... well it could be hyped as, "From the creators of THE MATRIX and DAWN OF THE DEAD..." That's a bit way too cool...

Now that they have experienced THE MATRIX, Trimark Pictures is dusting off an old script by Larry & Andy Wachowski called CARNIVORE. Written long before the Chicago brothers made their first sale (ASSASSINS), the script is a surreal gothic fairy tale set in a boarding house where wealthy people disappear under mysterious circumstances. Trimark is in negotiations with DAWN OF THE DEAD director George Romero to helm the film. Makes you wonder how many other scripts the brothers have collecting dust in producer's vaults.
