Hey folks, Harry here. Got this report in claiming that shooting on STAR WARS EPISODE II was to begin next week. Wrong. What's happening is that as soon as MOULIN ROUGE vacates their sets next week.... Lucas' crew will begin building giant green screen rooms with 10 feet high sets.... basically. :) There's movement all over the place regarding the new Star Wars film, we're trying to nail down some really cool info... But it's going to take a bit of research still. You'll see.
Hey ya Harry. It's caspa here. Just thought you'd be interested to know that Star Wars : Episode II begins filming from next Wednesday at Fox Studios down here in beautiful Sydney!
A little bird from the "Moulin Rouge" set said that the reshoots that have been going on have to wrap up by next week to vacate the sound stage for the short and fuzzy Mr Lucas (and if you're reading this Mr Lucas, sorry about that remark on your suit I was a little geeked out).
I'm giving a guess that it's not principal photography because one of the lucky few who have been cast as a featured extra told me that the main sequences involving the actors starts in about a month. The lucky one also told me that casting for these roles was finished in Novemeber and that the amount of extra parts that were up for grabs have been halfed to make way for 'digital extras'. Sigh. Oh well.
I asked for some info on Anakin. It's not Leo. That's all the little bird would tell me.
