* ABC’s “Cougar Town” hit a series low of 1.3 last Tuesday. In case “Cougar” is not on ABC’s fall schedule when it’s announced a week from today, “Cougar” producers are negotiating to have “Cougar” join those Tyler Perry sitcoms on TBS next season.
