Things have yet to get truly nasty in this election year, an inevitability that only serves to make its constituents sad that that's what politics have been reduced to rather than a debate on ideas and real issues. Therefore, while President Obama and Mitt Romney start arming themselves with all the mud they're going to have to sling heading into November, we can at least laugh at how ridiculous the political process has become with the help of THE CAMPAIGN.
The Warner Bros. political comedy starring Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis as a pair of North Carolina politicians squaring off for their district's House seat released a few campaign ads of sorts (via Facebook) for their duel between their characters Cam Brady and Marty Huggins. You can definitely see a bit of Ferrell's George W. Bush act whereas it's just a bit strange to see Galifianakis beardless.
