The hot Russian model on “New Girl” makes me laugh:

L.A. Complex (The CW), from writer-producer Martin Gero (“Stargate Universe,” “Bored to Death”) is a drama about six struggling young performers -- an actress, an actor, a dancer, a former teen star, a hip-hop aspirant and a comedian -- who come to reside at the same Los Angeles hotel.
White Room Challenge (HGTV) is a spin-off of “HGTV Design Star.” “For a shot at a $10,000 grand prize, some of the country's most successful designers and artists must design 10' by 10' white rooms using such outrageous elements as candy treats, dumpster-dived treasures or more than 1,500 flowers.”
* Last week’s “Saturday Night Fever” episode of the already-renewed “Glee” brought it a new series low of 2.4. It began this season with a 4.0. Last season its second episode hit a 5.9 and its Super Bowl episode hit an 11.1.
* Already-renewed “NCIS” hit a new season low of 3.0 last Tuesday. Its second episode this season hit a 5.2. Last season its low was a 3.5.
* Could this be it for “Private Practice”? It’s not doing as well as it did on Thursdays and it’s not doing as well as the last few episodes of “Body of Proof.” “Scandal” last week matched “Private’s” final Thursday score.
* Our buddy Kevin’s “Cougar Town” matched its all-time low of 1.4 last Tuesday. “Cougar” launched with a 4.4 in 2009 and started its second season with a 3.4, back when it followed “Modern Family” on Wednesdays. It ended last season with a 2.0.
* Blame the acclaimed “Cougar Town’s” troubles on Tim Allen’s “Last Man Standing,” which hit a new series low of 1.6 last Tuesday. "Standing" began this season with a 3.6.
