Hey folks, Harry here, the folks at Ifuse.Com sent me a link to check out the story they've done on Cameron's tv series. Here's an excerpt:
And all we gotta say after reading the pilot script for Fox's new series "Dark Angel," written and executive-produced by Cameron, is that the king is dead.
"Dark Angel" is what happens when you start believing your own hype. In its 112 pages of stage direction and gritty dialogue, we come to the conclusion that Cameron and his writing buddy have watched way too many episodes of USA's "Le Femme Nikita," NBC's "The Pretender" and the short-lived TV series "The Crow." They also rented the flick "Cat People" too many times.
The Dark Angel is a twenty-something bike messenger on the streets of San Francisco. Her name is Max and she has moves that would put Carrie-Anne Moss to shame. (As Keanu would say: Whoa!) It's the year 2020, and anarchy has settled in for a long-term stay.
