I'm so giddy about the upcoming Savini fest at the Alamo Drafthouse. Tim tells me that it is almost completely sold out. I recently dropped off my tape of Savini's FROM DUSK TILL DAWN audition (working on getting it digitized for you folks) and today I sat there looking at my 'Blinkie Harry Head' and tried to come up with a... suitable Harry Head animation. While being hypnotized, my little email indicator popped open and I had a gift from Darth Siskel. He too had been hypnotized by 'Blinkie Harry' and it compelled him to create the first image that Blinkie Harry put into his mind.
MUSSST KILL BLINKIE HARRY HEAD!!!
He then did... exactly that. I of course LOVED IT, because I'm a sick bastard that's getting pumped up to watch Savini do his gore thing!
I'm also looking to get the BAD ASS trailer that the Alamo Drafthouse and Stephen Romano put together for the PHANTASM-ANIA. This trailer just friggin kicks ass, I saw it last night before GOONIES at the Drafthouse and just about shit a brick. (I bet that'd hurt as much as those Banana Jelly Beans required for Moriarty's Time Travel device)
Tonight on the site, we'll be debuting some new cool things that the ol Webmaster, Robogeek and El Cosmico have all been working on... pretty fiercely. I hope you enjoy them, and enjoy their application this weekend while watching the Oscars. heheheheh...

P.S. If you want to do a Harry Head animation up in the top corner of the site... Have fun, just remember to keep it THE SAME SIZE, and preserve the transparent background. And keep it a GIF file. And if there are any traditional animation artists that can do a Real Good Harry Head Turning All The Way Around, in quarter shifts... That'd rock. But it needs to stay in the same style, and be at least as good as Hanna Barbara Flintstone animation. hehehehee... BUT as for what you can have the Harry head do... It can be anything that isn't.... PORNOGRAPHIC (and you can do that, but I'll only show it to friends, and not to the front page.) You can make me fatter, skinnier, growing old, growing young, turning into anything. You can stab me, shave me, transvestite me, Jedi ghost me, whatever. Use your imagination and have fun!
