Don’t Trust The Bitch In Apartment 23 (9:30pm ABC), from writer-producers Nahnatchka Khan (“Unfabulous”), is a sitcom about mismatched roommates starring Krysten Ritter (“Breaking Bad”), Dreama Walker (“Gossip Girl”) and James Van Der Beek (“Dawson’s Creek”) as himself. Walker plays at least the third female TV character this season whose life was ruined by a Bernie Madoff-like figure. Ritter’s character doesn’t always wear a lot around apartment 23. Van Der Beek is pretty much as not funny playing himself here as he was playing himself in “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.”
