Hey folks, Ambush Bug here. Flashback Weekend is teaming up with three other Chicago area Horror organizations (Horror Society, Sinister Visions, and Zombie Army Productions) and the Muvico Theaters Rosemont 18 in Rosemont, IL to present the CHICAGO FEAR FEST to be held April 13-14, 2012. The two-day indie horror fest will present Chicago premieres of REC3, JUAN OF THE DEAD, ABRAHAM LINCOLN VS ZOMBIES & HATCHET 2 Uncut, as well as many outstanding short indie horror films. I’m going to be pulling double duty covering C2E2 at one end of the city and this event at the other.As an added bonus, the folks at Flashback Weekend have given me a pair of weekend passes for the event to give away to two lucky AICN HORROR readers. These passes will get you into all of the premieres, screenings, panel discussions, and after parties! All you have to do is send me an email here and tell me in 100 words or less why you love horror! Of course you have to be able to make it to the event which starts Friday to win.
