When I hinted at Barbarella in my wrap-up of yesterday’s picture, I had no idea the announcement of the Barbarella Blu-Ray was about to hit (Blu is releasing July 3rd). NostraQuintmus!
If there was ever a movie made for a stunning Blu-Ray transfer it’s Barbarella. The colors pop, the sets are extravagant, the costumes ridiculously awesome and… well, then there’s 1968 Jane Fonda herself, an Adonis Aphrodite caught on film.
