I just saw Chris Matthews say if Rick Santorum doesn’t win the Wisconsin primary tonight, nothing can stop Mitt Romney from snagging the GOP nomination. The bad news for Romney is a Gallup poll released Monday had him plummet nine points below President Obama in the swing states: 42 to 51.
