‘What A Dick!!’ Herc’s Seen Antepenultimate JUSTIFIED!!

I am – Hercules!!

Justified 3.11 FAQ

What’s it called?
“Measures.”

Who’s responsible?
Tonight’s teleplay is credited to Benjamin Cavell (“Cut Ties,” “Thick As Mud”).

What says FX?
“Raylan squares off with a pair of merciless Detroit hitmen. The battle between Boyd and Quarles comes to a head.”

What about Dickie? And Dewey?
We see Dickie exit prison. Dewey does not seem to be lurking about. Dickie’s haircut continues to be quite something.

How does it start?
In Wynn Duffy’s trailer.

Do we get to see Sheriff Shelby fire the guys who tried to frame him last week?
We get to see Sheriff Napier pack up his things. His term doesn’t end for another week. We’ll not see Jim Beaver this week or next.

The big news?
If I’m not mistaken, the great Michael Ironside plays one of those merciless Detroit hitmen. His work is one of the best things about this episode.

What else is FX not telling us?
Adam Arkin turns up as Sammy’s not-bald dad, Detroit mob boss Theo Tonin.

What of Winona and Ava?
Ava continues to hang with Arlo Givens and her fellow Crowders. Winona remains gone this week. Bar owner Lindsay is still much in the picture.

What’s great?
Neal McDonough. Michael Ironside. Adam Arkin. Quarles In Action. Raylan getting to beat on somebody for the first time in weeks. “What a dick!”

What’s not so great?
Next week’s episode is better.

How does it end, spoiler boy?
“His initials are Boyd Crowder.”

10 p.m. Tuesday. FX.
