Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes Pic!
Have you rewatched Pulp Fiction recently? I watched the new Blu-Ray a few weeks back and realized it’s the first time watching the movie since around the Kill Bill era. It’s amazing how much Tarantino has grown, especially his visual style. There’s just something so right about Pulp Fiction, an assholes and elbows feeling that couldn’t be replicated in this day and age, at least not authentically. It hit just as the analog way of making films was about to be shown the door by digital, but before everyone realized change was in the air.
It still feels fresh after nearly two decades of rip-offs and wannabe indie successors. Today we’re going to honor Pulp Fiction with a shot of John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson and Phil LaMarr (pre-being shot in the face). In fact, this pic originates with LaMarr. His Twitter is here, so go follow him. Enjoy!

If you have a behind the scenes shot you’d like to submit to this column, you can email me at quint@aintitcool.com.
Tomorrow’s pic is a rebel.
