Missing (8pm ABC) stars Ashley Judd as a former CIA operative who finds herself beating up overseas bad guys in an effort to find her teen son. It’s from screenwriter Gregory Poirier (“Gossip,” “See Spot Run,” “Tomcats,” “A Sound of Thunder,” “The Spy Next Door”).
* A repeat of "Big Bang Theory" did better than most episodes of "Rob" in the same timeslot. "Rob" was one of the few CBS series not renewed Wednesday for next season.
* Bad Robot's "Person of Interest," from the co-writer of "The Dark Knight" movies, hit its personal best last week and was renewed for a second season Wednesday.
* "American Idol" again fell behind both "The Voice" and "Bang" last week.
* "Awake" fell hard last week, but it's still doing better than "Prime Suspect" and "The Firm."
* "Parks and Recreation" entered its hiatus on an uptick. It beat "Up All Night," and will take over the "Up" slot when it returns next month.
