But first Fox is running that new black-guy “Alcatraz” it almost ran two weeks ago. Last week’s two-episode edition of “Alcatraz” gave the series its first uptick ever. Another two-hour airing is scheduled for two weeks from today.
Speaking of Fox, NBC’s “The Voice” also got its first uptick ever last week -- and beat the Wednesday (5.7) and Thursday (4.9) editions of “American Idol” -- to emerge again as America’s top series. "Smash" got its first uptick as well to pull ahead of "The Office" (2.6) as NBC's top scripted series.
