For some reason we only get 18 episodes of “Parenthood” this season (we got 22 last season) and the season finale airs tonight. “Fashion Star” takes over its timeslot in two weeks. To anticipate the question, “Parenthood” was NBC’s 2nd-highest-rated scripted hourlong last week (behind “Smash”), so it seems likely to get a fourth season (of indeterminate length).
