Kevin Bacon could be coming to TV on a weekly basis.
The “X-Men: First Class” star just signed on for the FBI profiler role in the untitled Fox pilot about a serial killer who uses technology to create a bunch more serial killers.
The pilot was scripted by Kevin Williamson (“Scream,” “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” “Dawson’s Creek,” “Scream 2,” “The Faculty,” “Teaching Mrs. Tingle,” “Wasteland,” “Glory Days,” “Hidden Palms,” “Cursed,” “Scream 4,” “The Vampire Diaries,” “The Secret Circle”).
If the pilot goes to series, Bacon will be obligated to appear in only 15 episodes yearly, a schedule more like the one cable dramas utilize. Find all of Deadline’s exclusive on the matter here.
