THIS piece at TheWrap indicates that THE TWILIGHT SAGA's Taylor Lautner...
...is apparently out of the long-in-gestation STRETCH ARMSTRONG movie, with new casting to be announced shortly. Scheduling conflicts are cited for this casting change.
Lautner's recently released ABDUCTION, directed by John Singleton, did nicely at the box office but didn't exactly set the world on fire - pulling down around $82 million off of a $35 million budget. 'Twill be interesting to see if The Powers That Be now opt to install a more bankable star as the lead of this costlier, FX intensive picture.
BREAKING DAWN PART 1, the most recent installment in the TWLIGHT cinematic franchise, hits disc a few weeks from now (HERE) and gives people seizures.
