Heads up folks, Here's a pair of tidbits about the sequel, prequel, whatever you call it... of THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT. The first is about the trouble shooting in and around Burkittsville...
Dear Harry - Thought you might be interested this tidbit I heard on local radio (WMAL-AM630) here in the DC area about Blair Witch 2... (paraphrase) The Mayor of Burkittsville has apologized to the sequel's production team for the raucous town meeting that the production team walked out of. {BTW - Her husband was apparently the most vocal "anti Witch 2" person at the meeting!} Maybe the film will be made in Burkittsville after all!

I know your interest in the BWP sequel runs pretty low, but here's the basic TV Guide-style premise of the sequel, as quoted from director Joe Berlinger:
"...the sequel involves several youths who come to Burkittsville to search for the Blair Witch. When they return home, eerie events convince them the witch is alive and well."
No huge surprise, but I thought somebody there might be interested.
