Earlier today we got a look at "The Stooges" from the Farrelly Brothers' forthcoming THREE STOOGES movie.
What are The Brothers gonna do after that film is finished? Sounds like they may be revisiting characters introduced in their 1994 film DUMB AND DUMBER.
Per THIS piece at Deadline...
The intention is to bring back Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels as Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne, the lovable dimwitted pals with big hearts and small brains. Sean Anders and John Morris have been hired to write the script. They co-wrote the Anders-directed Sex Drive and just co-directed the Adam Sandler comedy I Hate You Dad. The hope is for the Farrelly Brothers to direct this next.
The Lloyd and Harry characters also appeared in 2003 via the Farrellyless and mostly laughless prequel DUMB AND DUMBERER, which re-cast the roles and was generally misguided.
