Merrick here...
As we've previously reported, The Farrelly Brothers (THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT MARY, HALL PASS) are making a THREE STOOGES movie. This isn't a biopic - it's three newly scripted mini-adventures...evidently with connective fibers...using the "Larry, Moe, and Curly" archetypes from back in the day, but set in modern times.
USA TODAY has our first official look at (l - r) Curly (Will Sasso), Moe (Chris Diamantopoulos) and Larry (Sean Hayes) from the new project - I've provided an image of progenitor Stooges (l - r) Larry Fine, Curly Howard, and Moe Howard for comparison.
The movie opens Spring 2012.
