Hey folks, Harry here. It looks like Cuba Gooding Jr is set to play Dorie Miller (A cook on the West Virginia). He's a minor character in the film, but a wonderful little story. His character takes part in crew boxing on board, cleans up after mess call and well... has a harrowing experience during the attack. This is actually quite wonderful casting for this role... I mean... all said and done... he's on about... oh... 5 or 7 pages in the script, but he'll bring a lot to this part I feel... Here's Shunderson with where he heard this news...
