From Geek #2 aka Glen Oliver who was dispatched to San Antonio, ya know that place that was hosting THE WORLD SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION. Maaaan, sounds like a bunch of real numb nuts organized it this year. They managed to screw up so much that Michael Crichton cancelled on them, and TNT had to bribe and force Joe “I write B5” S. (well however you spell that name!) ((GLEN NOTE: It’s Straczynski ya illeteraty basterd)) to go. Maaaaaan, I don’t wanna be critical, but damn asking JMS and Crichton to pay for their admissions and own hotel rooms is akin to asking Gandhi to eat a 9 course meal, it just ain’t done.
Well as lame as the people who threw the damn thing together were, what happened there was indeed cool, and coolness was throughout, though at a HIGH PRICE, jesus h crisco $50 bucks a day is pretty damn high to hang in SAN ANTONIO!!!
