Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with the first trailer for John Singleton's ABDUCTION. I'm conflicted after watching this thing. I think the story looks cool, the supporting cast are all some of my favorite character actors (Sigourney Weaver, Alfred Molina, Jason Isaacs, Maria Bello, etc), but then Taylor Lautner has to show up and do nothing but stare blankly off-camera.
At least that's what it felt like to me. I'm no Twilight fan, but I don't have anything against Lautner. I'd love to see the flick and have him competently carry it, especially since it looks like it could be a lot of fun.
