Lots of big news on a pre-sweeps Monday:
* Possible good news for Charlie Sheen. CBS crippled itself with a torpedo of truth by moving “Mike and Molly” into the 9 p.m. “Two and a Half Men” slot, a scheduling trial-run as the network contemplates a 2011-2012 season without any Vatican ninja assassins. The move plunged both “Molly” and “Hawaii Five-0” to all-time lows. Repeats of the Sheen sitcom return to the 9 p.m. slot next week.
* NBC’s fortunes just turned from bad to worst, with “Chuck” hitting yet another all-time low. TV By The Numbers is now betting NBC will cancel the spy dramedy.
* NBC’s “Law & Order: L.A.” -- the sequel to last fall’s “Law & Order: Los Angeles,” which was the sequel to the original “Law & Order” -- endured a disastrous two-hour relaunch with lots of story and casting tweaks (including the transition of Alfred Molina from Order to Law and the departure of Skeet Ulrich, the more manly TV version of Johnny Depp). “L.A.” hit a 1.5 while “Los Angeles’” all-time low was 1.7.
* On Fox, “House” hit maybe its lowest score ever, certainly its lowest score since I began keeping track of it two autumns ago. “Chicago Code” matched its all-time low.
* Though ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” hit its 2011 low, “Castle” handily beat the “Molly”-weakened “Five-0.”
