Super Spy Hot MaMa reported on what happened down on Long Beach last night in regards to the filming of Lethal Weapon 4. Supposedly I should have pics on the way for this stuff, but we'll see.
Just wanted to report in that Lethal Weapon 4 is well underway. And it is Coooool. I stayed down in Long Beach last night and saw some good pyrotechnics and Mel, Danny and Richard Donner. Out of the hundreds of sightseers, my 13 yr old daughter and I are the only ones who made it into the cast and crew chow area. Now that is what I call cooool.
The opening scene is going to be reminiscent of past openings. A car chase that flies the boys through fireballs. The scene was filmed with Danny and Mel (driving) down the street and around a corner in a car on a trailer with flames hanging all around it. The street surrounding the car was full of flaming cars and palm trees. Tonight they will film again and add flamethrowers and a row of storefronts being blownout with the finale of a Union76 station in a big boom.
Will let you know if the 76 explosion makes me say "COOOOOOL".
