Hey folks, Harry here with a cautionary tale about jumping to conclusions. The latest bit of casting RUMOR comes from 'The Herald Sun'. Now currently Heath Ledger is working on the Robert Rodat screenplayed, Roland Emmerich directed PATRIOT as Mel Gibson's eldest son. I've heard he and Mel are doing great work here. So... Don't go jumping to conclusions... Just because he MAY be talking with SONY doesn't mean he's playing Parker just yet, nor does it mean that Emmerich and Devlin are doing Spider-Man... So relax... This is just the latest word from round the ol campfire...
I'm surprised you havn't heard this Harry, but Heath Ledger, from 'Ten Things I Hate About You' and 'Two Hands' has let slip that he's been having talks with the studio in regards to playing Spiderman. That's what was reported in The Herald Sun anyway.
