Last year at FANTASTIC FEST, there was an utterly bizarre, astonishingly fresh film that is surreal, experimental and wholly non-traditional. It is about... well, it isn't even that easy. I mean, the obvious thing is that the film is about a psychic sentient perverted TIRE against the world. But it is so much more. The film is also about film, the audience and the perception of the audience of the actions upon the film. It is critical of that process and more. If you're tired of a regular old movie, then RUBBER will peel out right in front of you. It is funny, absurd and incredibly well made. Here's the trailer:
