My music is for The Behind the Scenes Pic of the Day. Only it can sing it. Anyone else who tries, dies!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes pic!
The Phantom of the Paradise is one of my favorite “culty” movie. I love Rocky Horror to death, but if there was any justice in this world Phantom would have as big of a cult following as Rocky does.
Paul Williams’ catchy music, the punk/disco update to the old Phantom of the Opera story, a hotter than the sun Jessica Harper (yes, she’s still hot even after witnessing her seizure dance from the film), Gerrit Graham’s hilarious character known as Beef… there’s so much to love about this movie. It fires on so many cylinders, keeping it constantly engaging.
So, if you haven’t seen it, cure yourself of that.
Today’s pic features Paul Williams sitting in the Paradise talking with producer Ed Pressman (back to the camera) and is enlargeable!
Thanks to Ari from Swan Archives for sending this along. If you dig Phantom of the Paradise as much as I do you’ll want to click through to see all the groovy stuff he has collected over the years!
Hope you guys enjoy the pic (click for the bigger version)!
If you have a pic you think should be included email me. I’m looking for the iconic, the rare or the just plain cool behind the scenes shots to feature here.
Tomorrow’s pic heads into the monkey business zone. See you folks then!
