Pixar's short film, "IT GETS BETTER" is amongst its best!

Hey folks, Harry here... I was just sent the link to this short from PIXAR of many of their talented magical folks that happen to be gay, reaching out to young kids out there, that are going through tremendous pressures in regards to their sexual identity with the simple message of, "IT GETS BETTER." This is such a great message. Not just for those in the young gay experience, but kids of all ages. "IT GETS BETTER" It really does. 14 years ago I was paralyzed in a bed, no clue about my future, no medical care and well... it looked really bad. I wondered if I'd ever see anything outside of my bedroom for those 6 months I spent in that bed. To keep myself from going insane, I started writing about movies and created this site. I couldn't even begin to imagine the life I have now. Every day is a miracle, and not one of those lame ICP "Miracles," but kinda the same. I never could've imagined my wife, this life of mine or hell... getting to do the things I do on a regular basis. It is easy to look at where I am today and forget being torn from everything I loved here in Austin, in my parents' divorce. Or the time redneck ranch hands working for my mother beat me with riding crops as I drove fence poles into the ground for her "Round Pin" - but I always told myself, "IT GETS BETTER" - I understood that truth. I set goals for myself, the first... get to College. Get great grades. So while PIXAR's gay community is reaching out to you youngsters of that persuasion... I'm adding on to that. All of you young geeks, wannabe musicians, artists and creative souls... IT GETS WAY BETTER...



And for those of you intolerant types - the ban hammer is on a hair string here. Be a considerate human being, it is a better way of living.
