The Behind the Scenes Pic of the Day eats its shoe!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes pic!
It’s high time we get Charlie Chaplin in this series. I saw THE GOLD RUSH at the original downtown Alamo Drafthouse with live score, I believe. I’ve always been a Buster Keaton guy (and I’m a Beatles guy, although I like Elvis, too, if you want to Pulp Fiction me), but you gotta hand it to Charlie. His flicks have heart and fantastic comedic timing. He’s just different enough in his comedy that I don’t have to pick sides in the great Keaton V. Chaplin war. I’m Switzerland; neutral.
There’s still a lot of Chaplin I have to catch up with, but when I saw this pic I knew it would be a fine inclusion in the column.
From the making of his still-to-this-day-funny THE GOLD RUSH, here’s Mr. Chaplin behind the camera… in the snow… Enjoy!
If you have a pic you think should be included email me. I’m looking for the iconic, the rare or the just plain cool behind the scenes shots to feature here.
Tomorrow’s pic is dedicated to Danny_Glovers_Dickblood! Don’t worry, it doesn’t feature either Danny Glover or Dickblood, I promise.
