What happened to all those TALK BACKS'

We've been having a lot of problems with the TALK BACK registration process. People not being able to sign up, never receiving their passwords... etc etc etc... As a result my Tech Folks, had to do some tweaking, and one of the resulting... hiccups was responsible for the 'mass deletion' of a TON of Talk Backs. Personally I'm quite upset by this, but it seems it could not be helped. Hopefully the various problems we were having have been fixed... Otherwise this was all for nothing. Sigh... I'd like to apologize on behalf of the tech staff. I know how frustrating it is to have whole conversations and writings vanish. Once again, please accept my apologies...
