...we've been hearing about this project for a few years now - through positive word of mouth via composer Bryan Tyler, an extremely early review which Sony got mad at us for posting, an officially released (but aggravatingly brief) clip that lasted...like...one-one-millionth of a microsecond, and so forth. But this trailer is the general public's first substantive look at the picture, although some material was presented at Comic-Con over the Summer. BATTLE: LOS ANGELES stars Aaron Eckhart, Michelle Rodriguez, and Bridget Moynahan in a film directed by Jonathan Liebesman (TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE BEGINNING, DARKNESS FALLS, the forthcoming CLASH OF THE TITANS sequel) . ...or you can find it in all many forms of Glorious QuickTime HERE. The folks over at over at Collider note that Omelete posted an international trailer for the movie, offering much some of the same material in a radically different way.

Hmmmm. Both of these trailers work extremely well, for very different reasons. The atmospherics might be phenomenal in this thing, let's just hope there's a story to support them. What are your thoughts?
