Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes pic!
I apologize in advance for the tinyness of the below picture. I’ve been hoping to find a higher res version for a few months, but considering what’s coming up tomorrow I had to run this pic from Evil Dead 2.
You get crazy cabin, Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell and, if you look very closely, Bruce’s evil hand, pre-chainsaw amputation.
What isn’t to love about this movie? To this day it’s still the gold standard of horror comedy, with few films even coming close to it… Those flicks are, of course, Peter Jackson’s Braindead, John Landis’ An American Werewolf in London and Edgar Wright’s Shaun of the Dead.
So, here you go… a behind the scenes shot from one of the movies you’ve likely bought more than three times in your life… Sam Raimi’s EVIL DEAD 2. Enjoy!
