Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes pic!
If you haven’t watched Tim Burton’s short film VINCENT you are greatly missing out. The stop motion style and design flare that was abundant on the Burton produced A NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS and the Burton directed CORPSE BRIDE can be seen in full force and more than that it’s a love letter to gothic horror.
Watch it if you haven’t seen it:
Great, right? And even doubly great that he got Vincent Price to narrate it. It makes you appreciate that Burton got a chance to cast Price in EDWARD SCISSORHANDS. He must have been on cloud nine to be able to work with Price on both occasions.
So, today’s pic is a first for the column. It’s from Tim Burton’s Vincent, a short film. Look at how young he is!
Thanks to reader Rajneel Singh for sending it along. Make sure to click for the bigger version! Enjoy!

If you have a pic you think should be included email me. I’m looking for the iconic, the rare or the just plain cool behind the scenes shots to feature here.
Tomorrow’s pic is groovy. You’ll see.
Oh, and to all those who entered the Making of The Empire Strikes Back book BTS contest I’ll announce the winners tomorrow! Keep an eye out for it!
