A spoonful of sugar helps The Behind the Scenes Pic of the Day go down!

Ahoy, squirts! Quint here with today’s Behind the Scenes pic!
I have an ungodly crush on Mary Poppins/Sound of Music-era Julie Andrews. Huge. And it’s a crush that has developed over years. As a kid she was an adult woman and I didn’t really see her in that light, but when I grew up… well, suddenly I get why that crazy animated turtle was so willing to float Ms. Poppins across the pond and why the bashful penguin waiter kept hitting on her.
Mary Poppins was a cornerstone film of my youth. The film evoked all kinds of emotions from me… laughter at the crazy Uncle Albert floating on the ceiling, terror as that fucking horrible old beggar woman tried to abduct and, I’m sure of it, eat the poor Banks children, fantasy as the children go on all sorts of adventures through sidewalk paintings an on the rooftops of London.
To this day it’s still one of my favorite movies and thanks to a reader calling herself “Regions Beyond” we now have a BTS look at the film involving a pissed off (or “cross” as they say over the pond) looking Julie Andrews and her animatronic bird friend.
Here’s the pic! Click for the bigger version! Enjoy!
If you have a pic you think should be included email me. I’m looking for the iconic, the rare or the just plain cool behind the scenes shots to feature here.
Tomorrow’s Behind the Scenes Pic is slimey and gory! You’ll love it!
