Ahoy, squirts! Quint here. After a fantastic collaboration on MOON director Duncan Jones just announced via his Twitter Feed that he's reteaming with the great composer Clint Mansell on his next film, Source Code starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Michelle Monaghan. On a recent voyage to Los Angeles I stopped by the edit bay and saw some stuff on Source Code. I'll tell you more about that (and my geek-out at meeting editor Paul Hirsch... the dude cut Star Wars, Empire, Ferris Bueller, Blow Out and Phantom of the Fucking Paradise!) in the near future, but anybody who saw Jones' freshman outing MOON should be very excited to see what his next flick looks like. I like that he's already developing a consistent style with very talented collaborators. Can't wait to hear the results of these two men once again working together.
